Princess Cruises to Expand Sanctuary Collection to Five More Ships
Princess Cruises is finally expanding its popular Sanctuary Collection to more ships. The line announced today that the exclusive resort-style experience will be added to five of its Royal class vessels.
First introduced aboard Sun Princess and Star Princess, the Sanctuary Collection encompasses select suites and staterooms and includes access to private onboard spaces, an exclusive dining room, and a collection of premium amenities throughout the cruise. I’ve personally sailed in a Sanctuary Collection mini-suite twice aboard Sun Princess, and it’s one of my favorite onboard cruise experiences I’ve ever had.
The experience will first be added to Royal Princess, then expanded to Discovery, Enchanted, Regal, and Sky Princess. This expansion represents the first phase of a multi-year fleet modernization program.
Sanctuary Club & Dining
Sanctuary Collection guests will enjoy access to a private Sanctuary Club featuring dedicated spaces for relaxing and for conversation. Lounge areas, social spaces, and personalized service will provide an inviting retreat from the energy of the rest of the ship.
The club will have its own dedicated pool, with plush loungers, shaded cabanas available for rent, and an exclusive menu of food and drinks delivered right to your poolside lounger.
Sanctuary passengers also have exclusive access to the Sanctuary Restaurant, a more intimate main dining room with menus inspired by the destinations Princess cruise ships visit.
Accommodations & Amenities
The Sanctuary Collection encompasses select suites and staterooms, including newly-constructed oceanview staterooms. Passengers staying in Sanctuary Suites will receive assistance from a dedicated suite concierge, who can help coordinate dining, entertainment, and other onboard arrangements.
All guests who book the Sanctuary Collection will receive Princess Premier, which is the line’s most inclusive package available. It includes premium unlimited drinks, specialty and casual dining, high-speed wifi, gratuities, room service, and OceanNow delivery.
Sanctuary Collection guests also enjoy priority access and reservations, in-room amenities, and access to exclusive events.
Suite Lounge
Those who are staying in a Sanctuary suite will have access to an exclusive Suite Lounge, offering a private setting for relaxing, enjoying a beverage, and receiving concierge assistance.
