Regent’s Seven Seas Prestige to Feature Fleet’s Largest Spa, In-Suite Gym
Regent Seven Seas Cruises has revealed that its new upcoming ship, Seven Seas Prestige, will feature its largest-ever spa and wellness space. Highlights include the line’s first-ever salt room, an expanded menu of longevity-focused treatments, and its first-ever in-suite gym.
Spa Facilities & Treatments
The ship’s Serene Spa & Wellness facilities will feature 10 treatment rooms, including an acupuncture room, a medi-spa room, and a couple’s treatment room. Drawing inspiration from wellness traditions around the world, travelers can enjoy signature experiences including the Around the World Massage, Brazilian Bamboo Massage, and Mediterranean Seaweed Wrap.
The thermal suite will include a salt room, saunas, steam rooms, an aroma room, a snow room, experiential showers, heated loungers, and a hydrotherapy pool.
Over on the salon side will be three hair stations, one barber station, and two pedicure and manicure stations.

Fitness Center
The 6,000+ square foot fitness center will be the largest gym in the Regent Seven Seas fleet. Seven Seas Prestige will also be one of the first cruise ships to feature Technogym’s new Sand Stone Collection wall-to-wall throughout the space, bringing the warmth of Mediterranean sandstone together with cutting-edge fitness technology.
The gym will also introduce Mywellness by Technogym to the Regent fleet. This digital platform is integrated within the Technogym Ecosystem, giving passengers access to custom training programs, progress tracking, and on-demand video classes.
In addition to the main gym area for cardio and strength training, the fitness center features dedicated spots for yoga, Pilates, stretching, and cycling classes.
Skyview Regent Suite With Its Own Gym
Those who book the massive Skyview Regent Suite on board will be able to enjoy its dedicated 161 square-foot private gym, outfitted with a selection of Technogym’s most advanced wellness equipment. Equipment includes the Technogym Bike Personal Live, the Kinesis Personal Vision that offers more than 200 exercises through its patented FullGravity Technology, the Technogym Bench which is a compact functional training station, and the Technogym Visio, the gym display delivering guided, on-demand training.

The Skyview Regent Suite also comes with a spa-related perk: two free spa services per day, available in-suite or at the spa itself.
Seven Seas Prestige is set to depart on her maiden voyage on December 13, 2026.
