Seven Seas Prestige to Feature Three New Bars & Ship-Exclusive Cocktail
Regent Seven Seas Cruises has revealed the bars and beverage concepts that will debut aboard its newest ship, Seven Seas Prestige, this December.
The ship’s beverage collection will feature an exclusive new Seven Seas Prestige cocktail, joining Regent’s signature cocktails created for each ship in the fleet. The special creation for Seven Seas Prestige features Patrón Silver Tequila with Italicus Rosolio di Bergamotto, lime juice, egg white, agave syrup, and grapefruit or orange bitters, finished with a dehydrated lime wheel and Himalayan salt.
New bars that will be featured aboard Seven Seas Prestige include:
Galileo’s Bar
Inspired by Galileo’s spirit of discovery and the Italian tradition of aperitivo, the all-new Galileo’s Bar has been designed as a destination for conversation before dinner. The venue celebrates the transition from day to evening through premium Italian spirits and unique cocktail presentations.
At the heart of the experience is the Negroni Observatory, a collection of imaginative interpretations of Italy’s most iconic aperitif, alongside cocktails inspired by the night sky.
Signature beverages include:
- Comet Negroni featuring Italicus, Beefeater Gin and Noilly Prat Vermouth
- Astronomer’s Negroni blending mezcal, Beefeater Gin and Cocchi Storico Vermouth di Torino
- Dark Matter Espresso Martini, a rich pre-dinner cocktail combining Amaro Montenegro, vodka and espresso
- Jupiter’s Garden, a bright botanical cocktail featuring gin, Frangelico and fresh basil
- Venetian Moon, an elegant evening cocktail crafted with gin, lychee, lemon and basil
- Orbit Zero Espresso Martini, a zero-proof interpretation featuring Lyre’s Dark Cane, Lyre’s Amaretti and espresso

Azure
At Azure, a vibrant collection of herbal cocktails, citrus-forward spritzes, and regional wines complement the restaurant’s Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Inspired by coastal botanicals, aromatic herbs, and citrus groves, the beverage program reflects the freshness and relaxed sophistication of the Mediterranean coast. Signature drinks will create a natural pairing for Azure’s mezze-style dining experience.
Menu items include:
- Refreshing Flavored Water Selection, featuring cucumber, lemon, orange or pomegranate-infused water for a refreshing, wellness-inspired option
- Monastery Sour: Combining Bénédictine, brandy, lemon juice, and thyme syrup, finished with a thyme sprig on top of crushed ice
- Beet and Pear Sour, blending Pear vodka, Fresh beetroot Juice, Lemon Juice, thyme syrup and egg white
- Provence Bloom, Featuring Elderflower Liquor, Lavander syrup, Lemon juice, Peach puree, Gin and Tonic Water
Solmar Terrace
At Solmar Terrace at Compass Rose, passengers can enjoy a collection of wines, cocktails, and zero-proof creations. At this relaxing open-air venue, crisp wines, vibrant citrus notes, and herbal aromatics pair seamlessly with beautiful, sweeping ocean views.
Signature creations at Solmar Terrace include:
- Pearl of the Riviera, featuring Grey Goose La Poire, Cocchi Americano, Luxardo Aperitivo and Prosecco
- Imperial Yuzu, combining Junmai daiginjo sake, yuzu sake liqueur, Italicus Bergamot Liqueur and Prosecco
- Harissa Bloody Mary, featuring vodka, Bloody Mary mix, harissa paste and lemon juice
- Mediterranean Paloma, crafted with blanco tequila, pink grapefruit, rosemary honey and soda water
- Orchard Fizz, a refreshing zero-proof option featuring apple juice, lemon and rosemary
- Dark ‘n Spicy, a zero-proof cocktail featuring Lyre’s Spiced Cane Spirit, lime juice, ginger beer and sugar-free vanilla syrup

Seven Seas Prestige will be 40 percent larger than the previous Regent ships, coming in at 76,550 gross tons with 411 suites. It will spend this winter sailing in the Caribbean before spending the spring and summer in the Mediterranean.
