Queen Elizabeth’s Caribbean Season Features New Dining, Music and Enrichment
Cunard revealed more information about the dining, entertainment, and onboard spaces planned for Queen Elizabeth’s maiden Caribbean season from Miami. Highlights include Karibe, a new menu spotlighting regional flavors, the debut of the Abbey Road Listening Lounge, and a lineup of enrichment speakers including maritime historian William H. Miller.

Flavors with a Caribbean Twist
Food and drink will give passengers more authentic experiences on board as Queen Elizabeth cruises the Caribbean. Karibe will showcase island classics with a modern twist, featuring dishes like jerk chicken, goat curry, and tiger prawns. The line also says it is “incorporating Caribbean flavors across Queen Elizabeth’s many dining venues, including a poolside street food-style menu.”
Cunard is also partnering with Whispering Angel wines to present “The Whispering Hour,” a series of happy hour events at the Lido Pool Club and Grills Suites Terrace. The gatherings will feature live music, fruit displays, ice carvings, and the wine label’s signature rosé. New sunset celebrations and post-dinner deck parties are also planned as island-inspired additions to Cunard’s traditional Gala evenings.
At the same time, the Commodore Club will be transformed into the Abbey Road Listening Lounge. This re-themed venue will pair curated soundscapes from artists such as Ed Sheeran, Fela Kuti, Little Simz, and The Beatles with cocktails designed to complement the music. A display of replica recording equipment enhances the atmosphere, making it a stylish space for both drinks and discovery.

From Star Speakers to Stage Lights
The enrichment lineup is also growing for the Caribbean program. The Insight Speaker series includes Olympic diver Greg Louganis, former NASA astronaut Susan Kilrain, and Downton Abbey actor Hugh Bonneville. Maritime historian William H. Miller, known as “Mr. Ocean Liner,” joins the December 9, 2025, voyage to share stories of ocean liner history and the evolution of cruising.
On stage, the theatre is set to host nearly 120 performances, including the at-sea debut of Come From Away. Broadway and West End performers such as Sutton Foster, Rachel Tucker, and Christine Allado are scheduled throughout the season. Together, the lectures and shows promise a mix of enrichment and entertainment.

A Ship with a Fresh Look
Queen Elizabeth has had several updates ahead of her Caribbean deployment. Changes include an enhanced theatre and a redesigned Queens Room, where Gala Evenings will unfold in a more stylish setting. The Lido Pool Club has been refreshed for warm-weather cruising, and the Grills Suites now feature new furnishings. Added sun shades and improved outdoor decks should make sea days more comfortable.
The Pavilion Wellness Café is also joining the mix with plant-based and sustainable menu options. Passengers will find the Harper’s Bazaar Wellness at Sea program, which offers three-day packages built around relaxation, energy, or recovery. Wellness is set to play a bigger role on board.

Her Caribbean Rhythm
Queen Elizabeth‘s Caribbean season begins October 16, 2025, with a 12-night round-trip from Miami visiting Bridgetown and Castries. Voyages range from nine to 28 nights, with calls in destinations including San Juan, Montego Bay, Antigua, St. Lucia, Barbados, and Tortola. Passengers can also choose from new shore excursions in the Caribbean Iconic Collection, which highlight regional culture through elevated, small-group experiences.
Queen Elizabeth’s Caribbean program concludes in April 2026, before the ship repositions to Seattle for her Alaska season.
