He co-founded North Palm Beach Life with his wife, Pam, where they publish cruise reviews and destination stories. His newspaper career includes roles with the Fort Worth Star-Telegram, The Dallas Morning News, The Columbus Dispatch and The Palm Beach Post. His travel journalism also appeared in All Things Cruise, Splash Magazines Worldwide and Aqua Miami magazine, where he writes the monthly "Wanderlust" feature.
