Seabourn to Return to Egypt & Offer a New Northern Europe Itinerary in 2029
Seabourn has revealed its summer 2029 ocean cruise schedule, which includes 166 sailings to over 180 destinations across the Mediterranean, northern Europe, Alaska, Canada, and New England.
Sailing aboard Seabourn Ovation, Quest, and Encore, the 2029 collection combined iconic destinations with smaller and less-traveled ports that only intimate ships like Seabourn’s can access.

A Return to Egypt
From March through November 2029, Seabourn Ovation‘s Mediterranean season offers 21 unique itineraries throughout the western Mediterranean, Italy, the Adriatic, the Aegean, and beyond. Among the highlights? Seabourn’s return to Egypt. Select voyages will feature an overnight stay in Alexandria, providing guests with plenty of time to explore Cairo, the Great Pyramids of Giza, and some of the world’s most celebrated ancient treasures.
The season will also include visits to smaller ports and hidden harbors that larger vessels can’t access, including a maiden call at Kapsali on the Greek island of Kythira.
The schedule also includes Seabourn’s signature and included “Evening at Ephesus,” a private event that brings travelers into the ancient city after-hours for a classical music performance among its illuminated ruins.
New Northern Europe Itinerary
From May to September, Seabourn Quest will set sail on a series of port-rich itineraries in northern Europe, where passengers can explore Scandinavia, the Baltic, the British Isles, northern Norway, Iceland, and Greenland.
A major highlight of the season is a new seven-night cruise into Sweden and Finland’s Gulf of Bothnia, with maiden calls including Härnösand, Kemi, Rauma, and Oulu.
The season also includes the opportunity for travelers to visit Turku, Finland during its 900th anniversary year in 2029. Founded in 1229, Turku is Finland’s oldest city and offers a rich blend of Nordic history, culture, and architecture, making it a very timely and memorable port of call.

Alaska Adventures
Seabourn Encore will return to Alaska in 2029, offering a series of seven-night voyages between Juneau and Vancouver between May and September. Also available are 10 and 11-night itineraries extending north to destinations including Valdez, Whittier, and College Fjord.
Every Alaska cruise includes glacier viewing, while Seabourn’s Expedition Team provides expert interpretation of the region’s wildlife, landscapes, and cultural heritage. Select voyages will feature scenic cruising along the coast of British Columbia’s Great Bear Rainforest, offering opportunities to see whales, orcas, and other wildlife.
Canada and New England Cruises
Seabourn Quest‘s Canada and New England season will feature 12 and 13-night voyages between September and October, showcasing the region’s rich maritime traditions, French Canadian heritage, charming coastal communities, and beautiful autumn landscapes.
Sailings include overnight stays in Boston, Quebec City, and St. John’s, along with visits to smaller ports like Gaspé, ÃŽles-de-la-Madeleine, and Prince Edward Island.
