You might recognize Russ not just from your last Crystal sailing, but from his Broadway days. Yep, he performed in MAMMA MIA! before taking his talents to the high seas. That theatrical background shows up in everything he does, from themed parties to mainstage productions. I had the pleasure of meeting Russ while sailing aboard Crystal Symphony, and let me tell you—this guy lives and breathes entertainment. He doesn’t just run the show, he is the show.
