Four Seasons Yachts Orders Third Luxury Cruise Ship

Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri announced today that it has signed an agreement with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings Ltd, which is the join owner/operator of Four Seasons Yachts, for the construction of a third vessel in the fleet.

Scheduled for delivery in 2031, the new vessel will be the third ship in the Four Seasons fleet, and be built at Fincantieri’s shipyard in Ancona. It will build on the successful delivery of Four Seasons I and the construction of the line’s second ship that’s scheduled to debut at the beginning of 2028.

“This new order marks another significant step in the development of the partnership with Marc-Henry Cruise Holdings LTD that has become a benchmark for innovation in luxury hospitality at sea,” said Pierroberto Folgiero, Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Fincantieri.

“The decision to expand the fleet with a third vessel reflects the strength of a long-term industrial vision and confirms the market’s appreciation for a concept that has successfully created a new segment at the intersection of luxury hospitality and advanced shipbuilding. Designed and built at our Ancona shipyard, the vessel further reinforces Ancona’s role as Fincantieri’s center of excellence for ultra-luxury shipbuilding, where innovation, craftsmanship and industrial expertise come together to deliver the highest standards of quality and sophistication.”

The new vessel will feature the same all-suite, residential-style concept that has already defined the Four Seasons Yachts brand. It will be about 680 feet long and come in at around 34,000 gross tons.

Four Seasons Yachts’ first vessel, Four Seasons I, debuted in March 2026 in the Mediterranean. It features 95 suites with extensive balconies, 11 dining venues and bars, the L’Oceana Spa with thermal areas, and a 66 foot-long swimming pool that can transform into part of the deck. The line’s second ship, Four Seasons II, will be similar, but with fewer suites and a further focus on residential-style accommodations. No further details have yet been revealed about the newly-ordered third vessel.
