Margaritaville at Sea Introduces New Casino Club Benefits
Margaritaville at Sea has announced a variety of new perks for members of its Casino Players Club. Bookable now for sailings starting October 1, 2026, the expanded rewards range from free wifi and personalized welcome gifts to dedicated VIP service, free laundry service, complimentary room service, and more.
The enhancements build on the four-tier Casino Players Club which was introduced in 2025. It rewards members across Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum levels with a lineup of casino, cruise, and onboard benefits.
Margaritaville at Sea also makes it easy for established casino players to experience the line through its Casino Offer Match program. Qualified players can submit an existing casino offer from another cruise line or land-based casino for consideration. This allows Margaritaville at Sea to recognized their established casino value from the beginning, rather than requiring them to start from scratch once on board.
The newly-introduced benefits in the Casino Players Club are for gold and platinum members. They include:
- Personalized Stateroom Welcome Gift: Gold and Platinum members receive a special welcome amenity upon arrival.
- Complimentary Wi-Fi: Gold members receive a Basic Wi-Fi package, while Platinum members receive a Premium Wi-Fi package.
- Personal VIP Host Service: Platinum members receive dedicated host service for a more personalized onboard experience.
- Annual Platinum Players Dinner and Event: An exclusive annual experience created specifically for Platinum members.
- Sail with Friends: Platinum members can receive an additional oceanview stateroom for two people, extending the getaway to friends or family.
- Complimentary Laundry Service: Platinum members receive complimentary laundry service during their sailing.
- Complimentary Room Service: Platinum members receive complimentary room service during their sailing.
These new perks have been added to an already-extensive lineup of existing benefits. These include things like spa, shore excursion, and arcade credits and free cruise fares for the player and up to three guests — all of which is available to Silver, Gold, and Platinum members. Additional tier-based rewards include free drink and dining packages, VIP check-in and disembarkation, priority theater seating, free drinks while playing, free-play offers, and access to exclusive casino promotions and events.
Upon joining the Casino Players Club, members start out at the Bronze level. Silver is achieved at 1,000 cumulative tier points, Gold is achieved at 7,500, and Platinum is reached at 15,000 points.
